March was a very special month for us. It started off with Landon's speech therapy session, registering Landon for preschool that starts in August, our weekly Bible Study, Landon's weekly occupational therapy session, watching a friend's kids, going to the last UNM men's and women's home basketball games, story time at the Zoo, dinner with friends, and having a date day with just Lee and me skiing in Santa Fe. What a fun and busy week!
The second week of the month we traveled to Las Vegas, NV as a family to the Mountain West Basketball Tournament. We had so much fun, and Landon did great on the 9-hour drive each way! In between Lee's meetings, events and basketball games, we managed to squeeze in a lot of quality family time shopping at the outlet mall, visiting with Tucson friends, bowling, going to see a movie, and swimming.
The third week of March is always very interesting since Lee travels so much with the basketball team during this week. Unfortunately, Lee also got sick with the flu while he was in St. Louis with the team. However, we did find out that I'm PREGNANT with our second child so it did make this week extra special! While Lee was gone, Landon and I watched the Lobo games on TV, had Landon's speech and occupational therapy sessions, and had Landon first week of the new indoor little kickers soccer season.
The last week of the month was very low key and filled with our weekly Bible Study, Landon's occupational therapy session, meeting with our early intervention service coordinator, playgroup at the park and lunch at Chick-Fil-A, weekly soccer session, and my first prenatal doctor's appointment.
Like I said before, March was a very special month for us as we found out that we are expecting our second child. God has truly blessed us with more than we deserve!
