January 2014

Ok, so I'm just really REALLY far behind in posting our January update.  I guess we've had a busy start to 2014. So, without further ado, here's how our month went:

The first week of the month, we spent getting settled back into our normal routine.  Landon and I returned from Texas and Lee returned from a work trip in Los Angeles the following day.  We also had an UNM basketball game that week too.

The second week was filled with Landon's weekly speech therapy session, the Mills' going away dinner, Landon's occupational therapy session, started a small group Bible Study through our church, Landon's feeding clinic appt., the McLeans came over for dinner, Aquarium play date with the Pitliks, lunch with Lee, started the new member process at our church, went to the movie theatre for the first time with Landon to see Frozen, and had a shopping day for Lee.

The third week of January started off with us keeping Micah all day and night since his baby brother was born 3 1/2 weeks early, Landon's weekly speech therapy session, our weekly small group Bible study, Landon's appointment with the dietician through the feeding clinic, the UNM basketball game, toured the Balloon Fiesta Museum, neighborhood play group, lunch with Lee, Burketts over for dinner, new member class, finally a much needed date night, and took Landon to the dollar movie theatre.

The fourth week was filled with Lee off of work for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day so we rode the train to Santa Fe, Landon's weekly occupational therapy appt., weekly small group Bible Study, Nunns over for dinner, Lee's Big Brother Big Sister board meeting, play date with the Pitliks, lunch with Lee, new member class, and family Zoo day.

The last week of January was really low key with Landon's weekly speech therapy session, my brother's 31st birthday, Landon developing a huge rash and having to go to the doctor (turns out he's allergic to berries), and a trip to visit the New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science.

Hope you had a great January and start to 2014!
