The month started off with a family lunch date before Lee left with the UNM football team to travel to San Diego. While he was in San Diego he had a great time with the team, Lobo donors, and Lobo great Hank Baskett and his family. Upon Lee's return home, we had a going away dinner with Reggie (we miss him like crazy already!), Landon had a speech therapy session, dinner at the Nunn's house, feeding therapy & occupational therapy sessions for Landon, Lobo basketball game, Dad's 58th birthday, dinner with two potential candidates for a job Lee is hiring, feeding nurse appointment for Landon, Lobo football game vs. Air Force, Landon's friend Micah's 2nd birthday party, finally got myself a hair cut, another Lobo basketball game, and lunch with the Freemans after church.
The second week was a slower week for Landon and me. We had a play date at the Zoo with the Nunns, "Aunt Debbie" watched Landon for a day, Landon had another occupational therapy session, looked at a few houses for a friend, Landon's soccer session, Lee took a 1/2 day off from work, Lobo Athletics Hall of Honor event, last Lobo football home game, had family pics professionally taken, church and lunch with friends, and a Lobo basketball game.
The third week was filled with a speech therapy session for Landon, Pediatric GI follow up appointment (we got released from this doc today...yay!), Lee flew to Kansas for an overnight trip, Landon had a play date at Micah's house while I went to a doc appointment, I ended up with a stomach virus, Landon's last soccer session, Lee flew to Fresno with the Lobo football team, and we woke up to a blanket of snow and enjoyed a "snow day" at the house on Sunday.
The last week of the month was Thanksgiving week! Landon had a speech therapy session, I went back to the doctor, mom flew into town, had a rare lazy day on Tuesday, shopped all day on Wednesday since Lee was off of work to watch Landon, cooked and baked all day on Thursday until my brother Jason arrived that afternoon, had Thanksgiving dinner and then lounged around, Jason and Lee played golf on Friday while mom and I shopped then decorated the house for Christmas, had dinner at a New Mexican food restaurant, Mom, Jason, and Lee went to the Lobo basketball game while Landon and I napped at the house, and finally we went to happy hour before coming home and cooking dinner.
Thanksgiving was a blast! Now on to Christmas season....
